My understanding of CX & UX goes way beyond digital — it’s a way of life. Every encounter teaches me something. Good CX is not complicated or expensive; it just needs proper thought, time and attention.

Me

I’ve lived and worked in London, Munich, Amsterdam, and now Tokyo. Outside work I’m passionate about product innovation, AI, and emerging tech. Off-screen: endurance sports, travel, and live music. Currently training for ultramarathons and endurance events while continuing to explore the intersection between performance, mindset, and innovation.
