Graphic Designer
Working closely with the recruitment team and as their personal graphic designer, my role was to create adverts to display in the jobs section of the newspaper and also create flash banners for their website.
I reported directly to the recruitment manager, organising my own work flow and keeping to extremely tight deadlines.
Clients included Bupa, Endsleigh Insurance, L3 Technology and many more local businesses.
Key Responsibilities

Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, websites, and advertisements.

Collaborate with clients and marketing teams to determine the scope and objectives of design projects.

Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs.

Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.

Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on feedback.

Incorporate changes recommended by clients into final designs.

Prepare final artwork for printing or publishing.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software to keep work fresh and relevant.

Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.

Work closely with web developers to integrate design elements into websites.

Develop and maintain a design library for reference and reuse.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.
