Product Manager

Responsible for the 9 village website ensuring seamless journeys linking the physical stores, the coach services and the digital world.

Utilising a budget of €1m to globally roll out a new website with improved design, UX & UI and features

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a budget of €1m to globally roll out a new website with improved design, UX & UI and features

  • Develop strategic roadmap to drive more physical traffic to the villages and increase customer acquisition

  • Continuous updates, interactive village map, BAU

  • Incorporate templates needs from all markets to support content requirements

  • Oversee design, development, production and testing of products

  • Key point of contact and decision maker between Value Retail and the agencies the development the product

  • Managing a team remotely across 7 Countries in Europe

  • Roll out new features and enhancements to the digital product and manage the product backlog

  • Continually train and educate the teams across Europe to fully utilise the products

  • Fixing critical and non-critical issues with the CMS

  • Focus on understanding user needs and preferences through methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to drive product decisions

  • Working in Agile environments, including leading sprint planning meetings, writing user stories, and overseeing backlog grooming sessions

  • Key performance indicators tracked to measure the success of the product, such as user engagement, retention rates, and revenue growth, and using data-driven insights to iterate and optimise the product

  • Managed product backlog effectively as a Product Owner, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, user needs, and business priorities
