The challenge

Bring strategic, scalable digital product leadership to 9 international luxury villages — connecting the physical store estate, coach services, and digital touchpoints into a single seamless journey for millions of global visitors.

What I did

  • Managed a £1M+ investment programme to redesign and launch 9+ international retail websites — contributing to increased customer engagement, digital traffic, and omnichannel conversion opportunities.
  • Developed the strategic roadmap to drive more physical traffic to the villages and increase customer acquisition.
  • Owned the end-to-end product lifecycle — design, development, production, testing — and acted as the key decision-maker between Value Retail and external development agencies.
  • Managed a distributed team across 7 countries in Europe, coordinating roadmap, backlog and BAU across markets.
  • Continually educated the regional teams to fully utilise the digital products and rolled out new features and enhancements to the digital product backlog.
  • Worked in Agile environments — sprint planning, user stories, backlog grooming, and KPI-driven iteration (user engagement, retention, revenue growth).
